Alias of Calcium hydrogen phosphate is Dicalcium Phosphate ( DCP ) with a molecular formula of CaHPO ₄ .2H ₂ O and molecular weight of 172.10.

Easily soluble in dilute Hydrochloric Acid , dilute Nitric Acid and Acetic Acid , low soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, with low moisture absorption, it begins to lose its crystal water at 90 degree Celsius and convert to calcium pyrophosphate above 400 degree Celsius.

Applications:

Mineral nutrition, such as phosphorus and calcium, is essential for animals as it can be easily digested and absorbed. These nutrients help accelerate animal growth, shorten the fattening period, and increase weight, breeding rate, and survival rate. Additionally, they enhance the animals' resistance to diseases like rickets, dysentery, and palsy.

Feed Grade DCP is available in 17% and 18% phosphorous percentages, in powder and granular form. Granular DCP is produced by machine-pressing powder DCP without any caking agents. This granular form has minimal powder, improving working conditions and reducing product loss. Moreover, it can be efficiently assimilated, remaining in the animal's stomach for an extended period.
